As a Massage Therapist,my goal is to assist you in returning your body as closely as possible to wellness or perfect functioning. My Massage hands can encourage, relaxation, movement and calmness which stimulates tissues towards healing. The old saying"times heals old wounds" illustrates the time and patience factors necessary for the body to heal itself. I will never work under the premise that I can cure anyone,but rather "remove stumbling blocks"that are preventing the body from performing its natural healing processes or function. When working on very tight muscle to relax it,allows increased blood flow bringing nutrients to repair damaged tissue and carring away waste products from damaged tissue.
