About Moompi Child Protection and Counselling Programme
Moompi is a national Child Protection and Protocol Programme since 1999. The programme, an initiative of the Department of Basic Education, empowers teachers, child care workers, nurses, parents - in fact everybody involved with child wellness, to empowet the child, in turn, not to become a victim of abuse. The programme is further linked to a group of therapists, social workers, and other professionals providing an integrated service.
