About Dr Lebogang s Nutrition and Wellness
We're a Wellness Clinic who's main focus is teaching people the basics of nutrition and holistic health & living. We offer one-on-one cosultations, group workshops as well as Employee Wellness Programs (EWPs). Our belief, is that prevention is better than cure, and thus spreading knowledge & comprehension on holistic wellness matters is key to our mission. We have an intergrated approach to managing illness and disease, and we achive this by treating each patient according to the "Bio-psycho-social model". By focus on all three dimensions of a human being; the body, the mind and the spirit; we're able to effectively get to the root of most lifestyle diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, chronic fatigue, depression & anxiety.
