About Diepklowe Private Nature Reserve
The Diepklowe Nature Reserve is a 220 hectare section of Renosterveld, located just 90 minutes from Cape Town in the Overberg. Characterised by a beautiful Table Mountain sandstone cliff face, this reserve is home to a wonderful example of indigenous Renosterveld biome. Multiple hiking trails take you over large rises and falls in landscape, with lovely views over the region. Enjoy an abundant birdlife and a floral season between July and September months, when the unique micro-florals of the Renosterveld offer stunning photographic opportunities.
