I Manage and Support ICT requests-ensuring work is undertaken in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Where SLAs are not met, liaise with your up line or relevant staff to address and rectify failed SLAs. Effectively communicate progress of request to users, Regional IT teams, businesses and external service providers. Provide application, desktop, printer, telephony, email, user access, support to end users via phone, remote connectivity and by visiting their location. Investigate request and where applicable escalate to next level technical resources, up line, users, external providers and line manager. Co-ordinate requests through to completion.
