About Asisithi Sejosengoe Psychologist
I am a Counselling Psychologist based in East London. My work mainly entails providing comprehensive counselling and psychological support to adolescents and adults with psychological problems. I am fluent in English, isiXhosa and IsiZulu. I offer a wide range of individual therapy, pre-/ post-natal counselling, grief and trauma counselling. My work is predominantly informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I work integratively, using various techniques from different therapeutic modalities to fit the client's individual needs. I believe in working collaboratively because people are the expert in their own lives and with my expertise as a psychologist, we are able to create treatment plans and start their journey.
